Lessons From the Children Friendship Week 1.7.22.Sunday, July 22, 2007 – 9:57 PMTodays lesson was on Eccelesiates 4:9-12 we were starting a series on what the Bible says on Friendship and the kids said this, friendship means you stick together, you learn together and we grow together, friendship means you help each other when times are tough and you are there for one another. I thought the kids did a great job with the lesson today, although we had some behavioral issues afterwards, still all in all they are pretty good kids.
9 Two are better than one,
because they have a good return for their work:
10 If one falls down,
his friend can help him up.
But pity the man who falls
and has no one to help him up!
11 Also, if two lie down together, they will keep warm.
But how can one keep warm alone?
12 Though one may be overpowered,
two can defend themselves.
