I was given a copy of A Death in Winter 1963 through the publisher and their partnership with Netgalley in exchange for my honest review which is as follows:

Michael Collins is a Policemen new to the force moving into a boarding house run by a woman who takes in all in need.  When a child goes missing from the boarding house.  The young girl is found murdered and members of the boardinghouse including the proprietor are.  Soon another young girl is murdered and the main suspect is found dead believed at first to be a suicide.

Is the proprietor of the boardinghouse the kind lady she appears to be or is she hiding a dark secret?

Will the murderer be caught before more lives are taken?
