I was given a copy of Anywhere Faith through the publisher and their partnership with Netgalley in exchange for my honest review which is as follows:

The author Heather C King reminds us of the importance of having faith.  She also reminds us that being “Called by God” does not mean we are all going to be called to go on mission trips, being called by God is whatever God is calling you to do.

Anywhere Faith reminds us that God is the one who lifts us up.

The questions and exercises following each chapter make this a great addition to either your personal Devotional time or for a group study session.

Pub Date 01 Oct 2016

I was given a copy of Burdens to Blessings through the publisher and their partnership with Netgalley in exchange for my honest review which is as follows:

Kim Crabill uses the Metaphor of Brown Paper bags to describe the hurts, the pain the tragedies and dissapointments we all have in our lives.

When Kim was four her Father took her away from the home and family she loved, she goes on to talk about her Mothers illness the time her Newborn Son spent in the hospital, but although part of this is her story the questions and journal notes that follow allow you to record your own story that allows you to see how the Lord moves in your life.

Crabill reminds us that Jesus helped her overcome her trials and helped ease the burdens he will do the same for us if we just seek him..

The questions and journal notes make this book a great addition to your Personal Bible study.

Book Review: Trusting Jesus Everyday

Trusting Jesus Every Day

Barbour Publishing, Inc.

Barbour Books
Christian, Religion & Spirituality

Pub Date 01 Dec 2016

I was given a copy of Trusting Jesus Everyday through the publisher and their partnership with Netgalley in exchange for my honest review which is as follows:

This book reminds us that somedays Trusting Jesus may seem easier than others.  But it also reminds us that a smile can brighten a day and Giggling can be a wonderful workout.

We are reminded too that Jesus should be our place of Refugee.

The authors reminds us too that just as the body needs water we need living water to feed our Souls.

Trusting Jesus Everyday reminds us that as Christians our Godly lives should be a witness to nonbelievers without words having to be said.

Another reminder is the need for us to Blossom where we are planted.  So many times we have this grass is greener on the other side mentality but God wants us to Blossom where we are planted.

We are reminded too that everyone handles Adversity in different ways?

I give Trusting Jesus Everyday five out of five stars

by Alex McFarland, Jason Jimenez

Broadstreet Publishing Group, LLC
Christian, Politics

Pub Date 01 Jun 2016

I was given a copy of Stand Strong America through the publisher and their partnership with Netgalley in exchange for my honest review which is as follows:

This book very aptly points out that America hangs in the balance, we are loosing the very foundations this country was founded on.  We’ve taken the Ten Commandments off of courthouse walls and religious lyrics out of Christmas Carolls at schools.

We learn too that even the Entertainment Industry often has an anti-Christian bias.  This book points out too that Freedom of Religion is not Freedom From Religion.

I give this book five out of five stars.

The author reminds us too that being ourselves is an important part of living a Joyful life.
