I was given a copy of Retribution through the publisher and their partnership with Netgalley in exchange for my honest review which is as follows:

Lillian had once been a trial attorney free to do what she pleased.  But two years ago she lost her husband and daughter in a fire everyone thought she had started.    Soon she decides it’s time to move away, when she is given a job opportunity away from home she takes it.

Soon Lillian finds herself being introduced to her new home with a traffic ticket.

Roger threatens to evict a tenant and when he does that the tenant threatens Lillian, someone he is starting to fall for.

Blood coated hands.

Lillian was followed to her new home by someone from her old life, someone determined to see that she was punished.

Lillian turns to Roger for protection but will trusting him cost her everything once more?

I give Retribution five out of five stars

Happy Reading…
