Book Review: About Phoenix

I am voluntarily reviewing an arc copy of About Phoenix through the publisher and their partnership with Netgalley:

Phoenix tries to keep her eight year old Sister Sasha safe, Sasha is extraordinarily smart but she’s had panic attacks for three years.

Jessup Smith is the kind of guy girl go crazy over, a teacher who seduces Phoenix and Natasha’s Mother.  And quickly he moves in and starts terrorizing the sisters.

Accepting a ride home after Sasha’s tire gets a flat from someone they thought they could trust leads to abuse, and mental as well as physical torture.

I give About Phoenix five out of five stars.

Happy Reading
