Book Review: Beneath the Skin

Beneath the Skin

Women’s Fiction, Teens & YA
Pub Date 22 Dec 2016

I am voluntarily reviewing Beneath the Skin through the publisher and Netgalley:

Sidney Shaw was once best friends with Jasmine until she changed, and for the past four years. Sidney Shaw is eighteen now, her Mother is a drunk and her Father is worse.

When Sidney gets in trouble for punching a kid in order to protect her little brother she is forced to go into counseling with perfect and Popular Arianna.

when her Mother kills her abusive Father it is Arianna that she goes too though, telling the story.

When her Mother gives birth to her baby sister, she is born with Fetal Alcohol Syndrome.

Sidney’s wounds run deep, will she ever be able to overcome what has been done to her.

I give Beneath the Skin five out of five stars.

Happy Reading.
