I am reviewing a copy of Searching for Irene through Covenant Communications and Netgalley:

Broadbent Manor with eleven adopted children in her care widow Lily Broadbent home is filled with life and love but she is in search of the right tutor for her young charges.  When Frederick Woodstone comes seeking for the position, Lily is impressed with his qualifications

When Irene the sister of Anna a staff member of Broadbent Manor is murdered it is soon believed that it was one of the men hired on the staff.  Anna of course takes her sister’s death hard and it cries for justice.

When Anna wakes up after a nap she finds books and papers scattered, her place had been ransacked, but what had they been looking for?

Soon Lily comes upon a boy in dire circumstances but Frederick does not agree soon it can become a matter of life and death.

While searching for her Sister’s killers she here’s accusations about her.

Will Anna find out who killed her sister?  Will Irene be able to help yet another child?
