I am reviewing a copy of A Desperate Hope through Bethany House Publishers and Netgalley:

Mia Shaw is a corporate Litigator who suffers the shock of her life when she finds her colleague and friend brutally murdered. A grief stricken and furious Mia vows she will do anything to seek justice, to make the killer pay.

Noah Ramirez’s friend, a security tech guru is accused of the murder, but the evidence just doesn’t add up. In order to save his former ATF partner, Noah must convince Mia that the real killer is still on the loose.

Mia finds out soon that zags has more than the criminal prosecution to worry about. She is given the task of taking over her friend’s last case and in doing so she discovers he was hiding secrets about his client. She believes she may have stumbled upon corporate espionage that was why her friend was murdeeed, but is she in danger too? Her only ally is Noah, despite them disagreeing on the homicide case. Can Noah win Mia over to his side and protect her from ever-growing threats?

I give Breach of Trust five out of five stars!

Happy Reading!
